The Pavilion, at Hope Homestead General Store is a charming, outdoor space available for classes, workshops, and paid community events. We offer a peaceful, welcoming environment and we are excited to partner with local vendors and instructors to create engaging community experiences.
We have (4) six-foot folding tables and (24) folding chairs (based on availability) as well as access to our restroom, limited refrigerator space, and public shopping access during your event. Additional amenities (available by request, not guaranteed): Extra trash cans, water access (hose or spigot), Wi-Fi, extension cords, etc.
Curate and organize your event independently. Set ticket prices and manage all sales and registrations. Promote your event (Hope Homestead will assist if content/graphics are provided).
Handle attendee inquiries, refunds, and communications. Provide permits, supplies, and event materials. Manage guests, check-in, conduct, and safety.
We ask that you leave the property in the same condition (trash removed, decor taken down, furniture reset). No nails, screws, or permanent adhesives are allowed. Open flames require prior approval. Supervise guests and children at all times. Follow local laws and ordinances. Weather-related disruptions are your responsibility. No refunds for weather cancellations (rescheduling available). Hope Homestead Farms, LLC is not liable for accidents, injury, or property loss.
Cancellations: Cancel at least 7 days prior for full refund (if applicable). Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of reservation fees.
All applications are reviewed and must be approved before booking is confirmed. Once submitted, event details and requests are considered final and cannot be changed without approval. By applying, you agree to all terms and conditions listed above.
